I have been in the restaurant industry for the past six years. The last 4 years, I have been employed as restaurant Sommelier, I know my wine as I have been trained in this field, as well as have travelled the world gaining more hands on experience about various grape varietals, wine styles and regions of production. Recently I joined Quaglino's part of the larger group D&D London.
Our aim at Quaglino's is to find great value wines that are affordable and represent the true expression of the "terroir" from where they come from. We love wine and are dedicated to finding undiscovered producers of fantastic quality, small parcels of rarely seen older vintages and the best that every country and region has to offer.
